D. Solvent recovery press with dual-stage filtration removes residual solvent entrained in biomass, filters, and introduces back into process stream for optimum extraction yield.
E. Touch screen GUI with FPGA-based automation controller enables hands-free system control.
F. Insulated holding tanks allow cold solvent and tincture temp to be maintained while reducing system energy consumption.
G. Evaporation and integrated distillation module recover solvent for re-use and post polish crude in the FFE / WFE combo, eliminating the need for post-processing in Roto-vapes. Integrated WFE with short path condenser allows hands-free multi-pass distillation routines. Hands-free module routines include solvent evaporation, final crude polishing, decarboxylation, multi-pass distillation, and CIP options.
