FULLY AUTOMATED EXTRACTION

A complete processing solution from biomass input to T-free crude and/or distillate. Features high speed batch centrifuge with closed loop extraction routines utilizing ultra cold temperature ethanol-based solvent enabling complete and high quality cannabinoid capture without the need for winterization. Multi-stage filtration utilizes both particulate and color remediation with inter-stage pressure sensors and sight glasses for quality feedback. Closed loop solvent recovery with desolventizing and decarboxylation routines enables full spectrum crude production under vacuum and reduced heat conditions with no need for roto-vaps or vac ovens for final oil processing.
Integrated remediation reactors enable in-line THC remediation of crude oil down to ND levels for T-free crude and distillate production with less than 5% CBD loss. Multi-pass distillation module enables crude oil refinement utilizing terp strip and final distillation (2nd pass) routines. Complete system automation enables touch button control with tunable parameters for single operator control. Closed loop process with integrated heated lines and pumps eliminate open pours and the need for external heat sources such as heat guns, tape, etc.

Jacketed / insulated holding tanks allow cold solvent and tincture temps to be maintained while reducing system energy consumption.
Dedicated C1D2 HMI control interface allows automated hands-free extraction control at point of use for precise, repeatable extractions with real-time performance feedback.
High-speed batch centrifuge extraction module with closed loop tincture re-use routines includes integrated heat exchangers, automated valves, and sensors for touchless control. post-extraction clean solvent rinse increases extraction efficiencies.
RFE (Rising Film) and FFE (Falling Film) enables bulk solvent evaporation under vacuum at reduced temperatures to maintain product quality and profile.
Desolventizing reactor vessels remove residual solvent and enable in place decarb routines for true hands-free processing to a full spectrum crude final product. Dual vessels enable continuous extraction capability eliminating the need for rotovaps.
THC remediation module Capable of remediating up to 70 liters of crude oil per batch with less than 5% CBD loss.
Stainless steel drip trays under interface points to contain any product spills and allow for easy cleaning and product recovery.
Wiped Film (WFE) dual distillation module features heated feed tank with metering gear pump, 6” wiped film still with mechanical seal, dual cold traps for complete light volatile recovery, and mtorr high vacuum system complete with diffusion and roughing pumps. TCUs’ maintain precise temperature control of WFE jacket up to 200 C, inner condenser temp up to 130 C and cold trap temps down to -80 C. Residue and distillate offtake pumps allow continuous hands-free processing to distillate.
